Punycode plays a key role in the front-end project, including supporting internationalized domain names (IDNs) and improving compatibility and security of urls and text content.
Punycode's support for internationalized domain names (IDNs) is particularly important, allowing websites to use non-ASCII domain names, which is extremely important for non-native English speaking user groups, improving website accessibility and user friendliness.
The application mainly provides Punycode-encoding as the core of the data converter, designed to Punycode text content and URL, get and output data for developers to use directly. Specifically, these include:
1. Punycode the text content (including URL);
2. Decode the result of Punycode encoding;
3. Punycode and SHA code the text content (including URL);
4. Escape encoding the text content (including URL) to obtain data in %u format.
The application has strong data coding ability, and can process the encoded data to get the data used directly by the developer. The application has the characteristics of simplicity, efficiency and lightweight, while in order to protect user privacy and data security considerations, data encoding and decoding operations will be localized.
