智慧媒体采编系统由移动记者端(简称记者端)与PC端构成，以记者端为主。媒体记者能通过记者端实现线索储备、搜索、跟进等功能，能通过记者端编写上传稿件，能对突发事件实现图文视频直播，还兼具内部OA功能。
