“全民护水”APP旨在公众通过注册成为民间河长、护水志愿者等不同角色以进行护水活动。目前账号已覆盖辖区内所有已经由官方认证的护水志愿者。

“全民护水”APP旨在公众通过注册成为民间河长、护水志愿者等不同角色以进行护水活动。目前账号已覆盖辖区内所有已经由官方认证的护水志愿者。
为引导、鼓励广大市民参与五水共治，参与全民护水，“全民护水APP”通过将注册用户在APP上的每项护水痕迹转换为“绿水币”积分，产生的积分可以在积分商城进行物品兑换，以此来激励和吸引更多公众通过使用全民护水APP。目前优先完成积分商城，用于目前已有积分的兑换。
在后续的更新中，全民护水将进一步扩大注册范围，引入巡河管理、涉水问题上报、问题处理点评、美丽河湖展示、护水经验分享等功能，以协助责任河长进行河道管理和河道问题发现上报，从而提升河湖状态、改善河湖水质。
