1、来电自动弹屏：自动显示客户信息，编辑更新上传数据库；
2、电脑一键拨号：手机与电脑同屏，在电脑上一键点击由手机呼出；
3、网络电话通讯：自定义通话规则，随时切换模式，适应不同应用场景；
4、手机本机通话：不增加通话环节，让沟通更顺畅稳定；
5、挂机发送短信：定制短信模板，挂机后可自动发送短信；
6、报表统计查询：自定义报表，自动生成，便于考核管理；
7、黑名单机制：员工建立客户黑名单，避免对客户形成二次骚扰。
