公牛大饭馆，是坐落在中国第三大岛。饭馆位于崇明城内东门处、怡详居交界处，地理位置优越。作为一家深扎本土，心念崇明的店，已有13年历史的它早就成了东门路上的活招牌。说起“公牛饭店”的由来，老板趣谈，以前开了个本地鸡养殖场，后来想想自产自销似乎更为合适，就开了这个店。秉承“原生态，享生活”的理念，采用的都是来自崇明本地具有特色的江鲜以及原生态的食材。在原料足够好的情况下，吃的就是厨艺，通过烹饪让菜式返璞归真。菜式不断创新，形式更加多样，但始终保持崇明菜的本质不变
