家长下载智能床旁应用，注册并登录，打开专病随访下选择对应专病，并打开专家咨询即可进行在线咨询；医生使用医生助手通过医生工号与密码进行登录，即可查看到患者的咨询内容，并打开进行回复互动。
目前已开通专家咨询的专病随访包括脊柱侧弯与先天性髋关节发育不良专病。
