喜憨兒基金會自1995年成立，以「為心智障礙者開創生命的尊嚴與生存的喜悅」為使命，用愛與關懷化解障礙，啟發憨兒的潛能回歸社會主流，為心智障礙者改造生命。而「終生教育、終生照顧」為其願景，期望提供心智障礙者的終生教育及在社區中獲得終生照顧。
心智障礙者服務計畫需要社會大眾支持，喜憨兒喜歡你app期望能拉近民眾與基金會的距離，將最新資訊與發展方向推撥到每個人的手上，透過影片與文字資訊，讓更多人加入支持心智障礙者服務的行列。
