1.完善相关BUG；
2.增加模块功能
(1).(我-个人信息)完善科室、医院、职称功能。
(2).(患者-基本信息)增加首诊记录、诊疗记录、日程、检查模块功能。
(3).(患者-病历夹、检查)模块增加报告分享功能
