乳幼児期の子どもは大人から十分に愛されることで自分に自信を持ち、人の関わり合いを楽しみ、生きる力を養います。また、発達に即した様々な体験を通して感性を育て、創造性を培い、豊かな人間性を持った子どもが育ちます。
個性の尊重
保育園では、様々な家庭環境や精神的・身体的なハンディキャップなど、それぞれに異なる状況下にある子どもたちが生活する中で共に助け合いながら共に生きていく関係を創り上げていきます。
子育て支援
核家族世帯が一般化し、一人親家庭が増加傾向にあり、子育てに関する知識の世代間継承が難しくなっています。 子育て中の母親が気楽に立ち寄れる場所として、孤立感、不安や悩み、負担感を軽減し、蓄積された知識をもって支援していきます。
