消费者通过日常消费场景，商家给予一定比例的奖励 (1%-20%),将奖励的钱存入受公证处监管的个人消费养老金账户里.获得养老金直接实现个人消费养老金聚积。惠盈负责平台的搭建，由委托、受托、账管、托管、投管方五主体联合监管个人养老金。
