默认习惯库直击生活刚需:喝水可预设每日 3-8 杯目标,每喝一杯点一下即记录,进度条随杯数实时上涨;跑步支持按次打卡,跑完点 “+1” 便自动累计周 / 月次数;更涵盖阅读、冥想等 20 + 高频场景,无需额外设置,点开就能用。
widget 打卡是核心亮点:桌面添加 widget 后,直接显示当日待打卡项与当前进度。比如喝水到第 3 杯时,widget 会清晰标注 “3/5”,喝完第 4 杯点一下数字即刻更新为 “4/5”,全程无需打开 app,抬手即打卡,通勤、工作间隙随手完成,碎片时间也不耽误。
未打卡智能追更提醒:每个习惯可设专属时段提醒,喝水可按早 9 点、午 12 点、晚 5 点分段推送,错过首次提醒会隔 1 小时二次弹窗,系统通知栏直接显示 “今日跑步还没打卡哦”,精准规避拖延。
个性化头像让打卡更有专属感:系统内置水滴、运动鞋等场景化图标,涵盖极简、治愈等多种风格;更支持上传相册图片定制专属图标,用自己的水杯、跑鞋照片当标识,打卡也能充满个人印记。
全程贯彻 “简单打卡” 理念:全界面仅保留 “+”“-” 按钮与进度条,按次增减次数,老人小孩都能秒会;进度纯按次数计算,比如设定 “每天跑步 1 次”,完成后进度条直接满格,无需换算时间、距离,直观看见 “今天做到了”,大幅降低坚持的心理门槛。
