为了方便社会各界人士学习手语、了解聋人，我们制作发布了首期“手语”——手语学习APP软件。该课程的开发与应用，充分利用信息技术创设便捷、高效的网上手语学习环境，满足特教工作者、广大志愿者、家长和手语爱好者学习手语的需要。
