握管家APP是握物流为物流公司和发货商家提供的一款实时监控运单、统计运单数目及核对运费的APP，面向的使用群体为物流公司和发货商家。
发货商家可以在APP上进行提货通知，查看待发车、运输中、待配送、待签收和已签收的运单，联运管家还会统计提货超时、发车超时、运输超时和配送超时的运单，展示问题件的数目及详情。而物流公司除了在APP上可以看到当天的开单数及总额外，还可以查看已发车的运单、库存运单、超时运单和问题件，让发货商家和物流公司拥有管家在手，货物全程无忧的体验。
