一、下單訂貨：
1、可從手機APP程式內，訂購目前東元空調產品的各種已上市機型，並於年度贈品活動時期，亦可同步選擇搭配的贈品。
2、可從下單流程中，確認各項產品的規格，包含長寬高及產品kw等資訊，幫助經銷商與訂購產品時，更能選擇到正確所需求的產品。
3、可選擇送貨的地點，內建每間經銷商的發票地址，並也可自行輸入想要的指送地址。
二、代管倉提貨：開發中
三、歷史訂單：
1、可連結宅配通的送貨系統，查詢已訂貨訂單之貨運狀況。
2、可查詢歷史的訂單紀綠，幫助經銷商核對訂單歷史內容。
四、商品專區：
1、提供各產品最新的電子型錄，幫助經銷商查詢各產品的功能與規格。
