スマートフォンから手早く入力でき、パソコンを開く手間もかかりません。
・送信先メールアドレス設定
設定画面では日報送信先のメールアドレスをスマートフォン内のアドレス帳から選択することができます。
手入力での追加も可能です。
・送信元メールアドレス設定
設定画面で自分の所属とメールアドレスを入力します。
・業務内容を入力
スマートフォンのキーボードで簡単に入力できます。
・日報を送信・受信
日報が書けたら送信ボタンをタップ。
送信先メールアドレスに位置情報と日報内容が送信されます。
