登録販売者（とうろくはんばいしゃ）とは、規制改革による改正薬事法
（現：医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律）にて新設された、
一般用医薬品販売の国家資格である。改正薬事法の中に一般用医薬品の販売に従事する者
（法4条5項の1、法36条8項、法36条9項）として位置づけされている。
