督查工作APP主要为党政机关及各单位使用，管理员注册登录系统后可进行单位管理操作，为系统添加用户，添加用户完成后可下发督查督办件。
系统功能：
1、督查督办件功能
管理员下发督察督办件，各单位查看督查督办件，并进行查看，签收，回复等操作；管理员可查看回复情况并进行复核，督查督办件完成后管理员可进行完结评分。
2、单位管理功能
管理员管理平台单位用户信息
3、统计分析功能
管理员查看平台各类统计分析数据
4、消息功能
所有用户查看收到的消息提醒
5、个人中心功能
修改用户信息，查看评分排名，退出登录等操作
所需权限：
1、文件读取权限，用户使用上传上报内容功能上传照片、云盘内文件等时需要此权限
2、拨打电话，用户点击电话可直接进行拨打
