福建扶贫客户端是福建省财政厅、农业厅联合太极华青倾力打造的扶贫资金在线监管系统。能实现21项扶贫专项资金下所有项目的滚动管理，系统提供省、市、县（市、区）各级主管部门发布的专项资金项目申报指南、项目申报、项目审批、提出资金分配意见等，贯穿专项资金管理的全过程，对项目进行全生命周期管理。借助网站、APP、微信公众号，扶贫对象及社会群众不仅可以便捷地参与到扶贫监督工作中，还能足不出户申报项目、查询资金拨付情况。
版本特性：
新增村务公开功能，管理员用户可以使用移动端发布和编辑村务公开内容。
