“移动采集”一款帮助交警部门提升效率的APP。
包含了违章采集，违章处理，重点车监管，勤务指挥，四大功能模块。
其中“违章采集”又包含事故，快处，违停，闯禁令等采集类型。执勤人员现场作业时，通过使用“移动采集”，将现场资料以文字，图片，音频等形式通过网络传输至后台管理中心，由管理中心对这些违章或事故进行分析，并处罚。
“重点车监管”模块监管的是大卡车，大货车等工程车辆，这些车辆常常被称为道路杀手。执勤人员通过“重点车监管”功能可以随时了解到周边的重点车辆分布情况，防范于未然。
“勤务指挥”模块是用于展示辖区警力分布情况，帮助指挥中心或上级指挥警员，分配警力。
