衛生管理者（えいせいかんりしゃ、英: Health Supervisor）とは、労働安全衛生法において定められている国家資格である。 労働環境の衛生的改善と疾病の予防処置等を担当し、事業場の衛生全般の管理をする。一定規模以上の事業場については、衛生管理者免許等、資格を有する者からの選任が義務付けられている。
衛生管理者免許には、業務の範囲が広い順に、衛生工学衛生管理者、第一種衛生管理者、第二種衛生管理者の3種類がある。
労働安全衛生法において、一定規模以上の事業場については、衛生委員会の設置、衛生管理者、産業医等の選任を義務付けている。
