玩家将扮演三国时期的城主，生产战略资源、笼络名士猛将、征召百万雄兵参与到十三州的领土争夺中。
这是一个策略型的盖房子，造兵抢资源的游戏，类似现在市面上主流的COK。
以经典的策略类游戏SLG为核心玩法，同时加入了大量卡牌游戏的推图和卡牌收集的游戏元素，为玩家营造一个战火不断的三国世界。
