“聚兴e家”是一个保险从业者对下面客户和员工的管理软件。
保险从业者由高到低分为内勤、外勤创团、外勤总监、外勤理财经理四个管理层级，他们每个人都有自己的员工和客户。
对客户的管理重点有两个，一个是消息管理，保证客户能够知道公司的最新政策。另一个是客户的动作管理，我们为客户设定了几个动作，通过动作的执行频次从而找出有意成为员工的人，进而进行后续的开发。
对员工的管理重点有两个，一个是管理员工对客户的管理，让管理者清楚每一个员工下面的客户动作执行频次，能够对员工接下来的工作进行指导。另一个是会议管理，一部分特定管理者有权限能够对下面人员发起会议。一部分管理者能够了解下面的管理者什么时候组织了多少人举行了多长时间的会议。
