俞敏洪在书的序言里提到第一次高考英语 33 分，通过背诵课本提高到 60~70 分，后来在高考前 4 个月背诵他老师给的精选 300 句，提高到 95.5 分，他基于此提炼出雅思 100 句写成本书。
使用方法
1. 查看英文句子并背诵，同时搞清楚所有语法和单词词组
2. 输入英文句子点击提交，直到 100% 正确再做下一题
3. 建议 1 天 5 句，21 天左右即可背完
