西塘简介：
西塘古镇隶属浙江嘉善县，古名斜塘、平川，为江南六大古镇之一。它历史悠久，人文资源丰富，自然风景优美，是古代吴越文化的发祥地之一，素有“鱼米之乡，丝绸之府”之称。
古镇区桥多、弄多、廊棚多，被9条河道分为8个区块，由27座古桥将市镇连通，古称“九龙捧珠”、“八面来风”。两岸粉墙瓦带错落有致，夕阳斜照，渔舟唱晚时，整座水乡如诗如画，恍如桃源仙境。
