為了減輕農民負擔，行政院農業委員會自107年4月16日起特別放寬「政策性農業專案貸款」規定，透過放寬相關申貸規定，盼有助於促進農漁民投入農業經營。
青年農民可以依照自己資金需求選擇申請「青年從農創業貸款」或小額「青年農民農家綜合貸款」。經該系統媒合後，主動將申貸資訊接介至貸款經辦機構審核，必要時由全國農業金庫提供協助後續貸款事宜。此舉除了便利青年農民快速取得個人化之小額信用貸款，免去舟車勞頓外，真正達到服務及照顧青年農民之目標。
