本APP是一个环绕建筑装饰行业业绩展示与服务技能展示平台共两个板块。
用户通过手机号注册、登录。
建筑装饰行业业绩展示平台板块：进入系统后，建筑装饰、设计、建材家居等终端营销人员点击“我的——发布完结项目”将完工后的工程项目展示出来，供行业内人士欣赏，以展示业绩的方式证实自己的产品与服务；
服务技能展示平台板块：建筑工程安装施工人员点击“我的——发布技术服务”发布个人技能，这个板块是以发布方的常住地址与需方的项目工程地址为点，通过地图定位，按两者之间的直线距离在前端“技术服务”页面结合技能筛选条件按由近到远排序展示。还居网期望安装施工人员能就近服务于需方，减少技能发布者每日来回奔波于工地的时间；也为了方便需方能在最少的时间内找到合适的施工人员。该板块带有发布者忙时一键取消发接单、闲时一键开启接单模式功能。
项目发布及技术技能发布功能暂时不开放。
带有发布业绩与服务技能收藏功能，需方都可以通过发布者的详情页面直接拨打电话与之联系；
发布信息详情页面并带有投诉功能，主要涉及到侵权及违法违规；
发布者的业绩展示与服务技能能通过微信分享给他人；
还居网还带有“推荐给好友、账户更改、使用帮助、清理缓存、用户反馈等功能\
