1、雾霾天气。出现嗓子难受等呼吸系统症状。专家建议,在这种天气条件下,公众应尽量减少户外活动,
多饮水,适当调节饮食,食用一些清肺、润肺、养肺功效的食物。
2、反复呼吸道感染的人约有七成的血清中维生素A水平低于正常值。缺乏维生素A,
会使呼吸道上皮和免疫球蛋白的功能受损,容易引起呼吸道感染。因此可多吃富含维生素A、β-胡萝卜素的食物
食用莲子、百合、排骨汤、银耳羹、鸭肉粥等食物,具有养肺功能。
3、由于存在个体差异,因此有针对性地根据自身情况选择润肺饮食效果更好。痰多、咳嗽者可多吃白萝卜;
内火旺盛的人可食用绿豆,而百合、荸荠用来煮水食用效果都不错。
4、在雾霾天气,公众应尽量减少外出,暂缓户外锻炼和开窗通风,尤其是老人、孩子和本来就有呼吸道疾病的人群,更应注意防范。
如果必须出门,尽量戴口罩,减少颗粒物的吸入。有哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病的患者,
应规律服药,防止病情加重。饮食以清淡为佳,同时应多饮水。
