阿特多多依托互联网技术，推出了许可权与其衍生品交易相结合、发售与转让交易相结合的市场模式，实现了知识产权互联网贸易与金融的有机统一。
在阿特多多平台上，参与方既可以一对多转让许可权，以充分实现其知识产权的价值；也可以根据实际需要将受让持有的单位许可权（Unit LicenseRights，下称ULR）二度转让，使之有更合理的利用；在某些产品上还可以既交易权益也同时交易实物。
