1_ 维保单位
(1)智能办公，维保人员使用鲨讯维保app，可接收维保任务提醒、定点维保、手机签名、自动生成保养单，真正实现智能、无纸化办公，节省成本。
(2)智能管理，采用云服务器，进行数据管理，做到数据可长期保存，保证电梯维保数据长期有据可循。
(3)数据共享，与行业监督单位实现数据共联，便于数据交割。
2_ 物业单位
(1)维保监督，通过app可远程查询电梯保养情况。
(2)便捷办公，可联合电梯维保工对保养完成的电梯进行现场手机签名确认。
(3)"云"存储，将电梯运行数据、维保记录等数据上传到云服务器，取代柜式纸质的传统保存方式。
