求簽黃大仙最大特色，善信可於正殿旁取得簽筒，內有一百根竹枝，分別編上 1 至 100 之數，每問一事，以搖簽筒直至其中一竹簽跌出為止，看其數字作取簽紙，簽紙上之經文即為大仙回應。
