애플기기(아이폰과 아이패드)를 이용하는 사용자들은, 자신들의 애플기기를 사용 중에 손상없이 보호하기를 기대합니다.
때문에 대다수 사용자들은 애플기기에 보호필름을 장착합니다.

애플기기의 화면이 작고,홈버튼이 지원된 기존의 모델이 판매되던 예전과는 달리 최근의 모델들은 화면사이즈가 크고 홈버튼을 지원하지 않고 있습니다.
이렇게 되면 보호필름을 부착하는 사용자들은 보호필름 부착과정에서 어려움을 겪게 됩니다. 부착의 기준점이 없기 때문입니다.
또한 보호필름 부착 중에 틀어져서, 다시 부착을 시도하는 경우에 보호필름이 오염되기도 합니다.

이러한 불편한 점을 해소하기 위해 애플기기의 화면에 보호필름 장착의 기준점을 앱으로 제공해 준다면, 사용자들이 쉽게 보호필름을 장착할 수 있을 것이라는 기대하에 본 앱을 개발하였습니다.

보호필름 부착의 기준점을 제공하는 방법은 여러가지가 있을 수 있습니다.
기준점으로 활용하는 대상은 선이나 도형, 글씨 등을 우선 고려할 수 있습니다.
이러한 기준점을 애플기기에 디스플레이해 주려면 대상물의 형상과 위치를 반드시 고정시켜줘야 합니다.
보호필름 부착과정에서 화면터치에 의해 기준점의 사이즈 확대/축소, 화면의 밝기에 급속한 변화가 생기면 부착기준점으로서의 역할을 수행할 수 없게 됩니다.
예를 들어, 애플기기에 내장된 사진이나 캡처한 사진이미지를 사용할 경우, 화면사이즈 확대/축소 현상이 발생하면 기준점의 사이즈와 위치가 변경됩니다.
이를기준점으로 사용할 수 없게 됩니다.
이를 해결하기 위해서는 기준점으로서의 대상물을 고정된 위치에 사이즈 변경이 되지 않고 일정한 화면밝기를 제공할 수 있는 전용앱이 있어야 합니다.

위에서 설명한 대로 보호필름 부착 기준점을 제공할 수 있도록 만든 앱이 바로 “글로마춤(Glomachoom)”이라고 명명한 앱입니다.

이 앱은 애플기기의 화면에 기준점을 디스플레이해 줍니다.

이 앱을 활용하기 위해서는 우선 보호필름이 있어야 하고, “글로마춤”에서 제공하는 기준점과 동일한 위치에 동일한 형상이 보호필름에 인쇄되어 있어야 합니다.
“글로마춤”을 실행시켜서 디스플레이되는 형상과 인쇄가 된 보호필름을 겹쳐서 맞추는 과정을 진행하면, 사용자는 보호필름을 애플기기에 쉽게 부착할 수 있습니다.

- Explanation of protective film and how to apply protective film easily.
Users of Apple devices (iPhone and iPad) expect to protect their Apple devices without any damage while in use. Therefore, most users intend to apply protective films on Apple devices.
Unlike in the past, when Apple devices had small screens and home button-supported existing models were sold, recent models have large screen sizes and do not support home buttons. In this case, users who attach protective films will have difficulty in the process of attaching protective films. This is because there is no reference point for attachment. In addition, the protective film may be contaminated if it is wrongpositioned while attaching the protective film and attempts to attach it again.
To solve this inconvenience, we developed this app in the hope that users will be able to easily install the protective film if the Apple device's screen provides a reference point for installing the protective film through the app.

- Why do we need a specific app?
There can be several ways to provide a reference point for attaching a protective film. Those who use it as a reference point can first consider lines, figures, and letters. In order to display these reference points on Apple devices, the shape and location of the object must be fixed. In the process of attaching the protective film, if the size of the reference point is enlarged/reduced by the screen touch and the brightness of the screen rapidly changes, it will not be able to play a role as an attachment reference point. For example, if you use a photo built into an Apple device or a captured photo image, the size and location of the reference point will change if the screen size is enlarged/reduced. This cannot be used as a reference point. In order to solve this problem, there must be a specific app that can provide constant screen brightness without changing the size of the object as a reference point to a fixed location.

- "Glomachoom" App description.
As explained above, an app that allows you to provide a reference point for attaching a protective film is named Glomachoom. This app displays a reference point on the screen of the Apple device.
To use this app, you must first have a protective film, and the same shape must be printed on the protective film at the same location as the reference point provided by Glomachoom. By executing the Glomachoom app and overlapping the displayed image with the printed image on the protective film, the user can easily attach the protective film to the Apple device.
