앱의 주요기능은 "안암생활" 입주자들의 물품공유 및 대여 , 음식 공유 등을 '송이'라는 자체 화폐를 통해서 이용할 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다.

또한 지역주민들과 강좌와 이벤트를 통해 지역주민과 소통할 수 있는 기능이 마련되어 있습니다.

이외에 사용자 불편 신고 기능, 쪽지 기능, 비정상적인 글이 게시된 경우 신고하기 기능이 있습니다.

사용자의 커뮤니티 활동지수를 크레딧이라는 용어로 표기하여 회원간의 공동생활의 활동내요
