092 Citizen Security, allows you to be informed in the field of Citizen Security as well as to communicate with the control centres of the Guardia Urbana, in emergency situations, sending your current position to the operator who is attending you, helping you in your location, for a closer, more agile and efficient attention and services, to your location. Likewise, 092-Citizen Security will allow you to obtain real time notifications of emergency situations.

The application has two operating modes.
- Anonymous access and use, to be informed at all times in the field of security
- I can send photographs of the incident, as additional information.
- Access and use as a registered user, with the possibility of an anti-panic system. This mode is prescribed by the Guardia Urbana and requires a prior assessment of the risk situation.
