Thus, the idea of the 11th HOUR platform was conceived to develop a marketplace for such Products and Services. Up to 40% of all food goes to waste across every developed country, in the UK alone restaurants throw away billion pounds of food each year. This has a serious impact on the food economy, small businesses, and is a major contributing force to climate change as well. If we, as a society help to reduce this wastage just a little at a time, we will be making our valuable contribution to make this world a better place. Marketing can be a challenge and a huge expense for local Vendors. 11th HOUR is a Platform that creates that opportunity and marketplace for such Vendors without requiring them to invest in marketing or creating an online presence which can be very expensive and time-consuming. 11th HOUR is a subscription and commission model where a Vendor can enjoy all benefits of having their digital presence without having to invest in one.
