It allows patients to connect conveniently with their doctors from the comfort of their location using their mobile devices. In the management of long-standing, non-communicable diseases, the application allows the syncing of data from monitoring devices for conditions like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiac disease and chronic kidney disease. The doctor can access the information during virtual consultation and is able to manage the patient without physical clinic visits; except where absolutely necessary.
