The Jeenee Mobile 24/7 HELP Package app is the all-in-one app for our 24/7 HELP Package customers using a compatible iPhone.
The app gives you the tools you need to use your 24/7 HELP service, giving you safety, security and peace of mind.
It features a HELP button which connects to our Australian 24/7 emergency HELP Service and a GPS location service to help us find you when you need assistance.

You’ll need to activate your service before you can download all the features of the 24/7 HELP Package app. Call us on 1300 054 631 and we’ll get you started!

Please note that the use of the accompanying GPS Locator app requires the handset you would like to track to be switched on and have a mobile signal within mobile coverage, and GPS and mobile data functionality enabled.
