28 Degrees Aquatic is founded by former national water polo player Ng Ker Wei and provides coaching in swimming and water polo from leisure to competitive levels to all kids from 2 years old and above. With the active support of CCAB, SSA, SWP & Mr Tom Hoad (Melville Water Polo Club Australia) 28° is able to play its part in upholding the spirit of water polo in Singapore by forming an independent Flippa Ball Club (introduction to water polo) in 2007.
