And to see those places littered with plastic, to see wildlife disappearing, to see people losing their income and way of life…it’s the driving force behind why we clean. We do what we do to protect the people and places we love. Not just for ourselves, but for every generation that comes after us. 4ocean is one of the only companies in the world that directly manages a global ocean clean-up operation and employs professional, full-time captains and crews to recover plastic and other harmful debris from the world’s oceans, rivers, and coastlines seven days a week. Our efforts are funded through the sale of our products and the support of our dedicated partners. This app is for every partner working with us to record and track the work which they do.
