As we went about solving this challenge the 5 Minute Gourmet mission became clear: “revolutionize” our customers' meal choices and help sustain our planet – one meal at a time. In today’s world, its not easy to promote good food choices and ensure long-lasting healthy relationships with food, it’s a work of love and determination. And this is where 5 Minute Gourmet can make your life a little easier - without cutting corners. Today, 5 Minute Gourmet has production facilities and tasting kitchens in Europe and the United States. We craft delightful foods that are bursting with wholesome flavor using clean ingredients that are sourced ethically and sustainably. Our award-winning chefs Rihards, Matt and London are working together with our nutritionist Tatiana to bring you recipes that not only tantalize your taste buds but also nourish your body and mind. Through our work, we intent to leave a lasting and positive impact on food insecurity, contributing to a healthier planet. We want to pioneer a paradigm shift in food retail, and in the ways people consume food. We will do this by creating meals that are not only delicious and affordable, but also promote well-being and vitality.
