5th Max Planck Symposium 2020

The Max Planck Symposium is an intensive, three-day career conference serving as a platform to connect international Max Planck Alumni and Max Planck Early Career Researchers of all disciplines and Institutes. This year's timely theme will be circling around Smart working – how it affects industries, technologies and careers. We are looking forward to exciting keynote talks as well as professionally led workshops, and of course enlightening discussions.

Following up on last year's feedback, we're destined to increase the sustainability and accessibility of the Max Planck Symposium. In times of a global pandemic, this approach goes hand in hand with the health and safety of our participants. We have therefore decided to transform the Max Planck Symposium 2020 into an Online Conference, with keynotes, workshops, a panel discussion and evening networking activities to allow for the traditional interactive spirit of the Max Planck Symposium.
