What is it about?

Welcome to 6 Degree Burn Fitness Studios. We are a Kickboxing Studio that offers a variety of Strength and Cardio workouts so you never get bored like Boot Camps, TRX, HIIT, Ripped, Indoor Cycling and more. We are wheelchair friendly with a family environment. In addition to our regular classes we offer specialty classes for Parkinson Patients and seniors. All members will have access at no additional charge to a Burn Technician or Consultant to help them attain their goals whether they are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, tone and tighten or maintain their current fitness level. Ask about our Group and Personal Training programs. Classes are for all fitness levels. Our Trainers will show you how to get started and challenge you no matter where your current level of fitness may be. We look forward to you joining our Fitness Family.
