The six phase meditation is an active meditation in 6 steps to do daily to improve your well-being, psychologically and physically. Step 1: Compassion is expressing the intention of moving from judgment to caring, from isolation to connection, and from indifference or dislike to understanding. Compassion is trainable. Step 2: Gratitude, Many people tell themselves that they’ll only be fulfilled once they get that job, relationship, or lifestyle… but what if I told you that your happiness lives in the present moment? And that gratitude was the secret key to achieving true joy?. Step 3: Forgiveness, When you forgive, you’re the one who benefits. Forgiveness is not about excusing one’s past behavior or actions, instead, it is a process that allows you to free yourself of any burden or grudge weighing you down. Step 4: Visualizing, Being happy now is important, but so is thinking about where you want to go. Both are imperative for living a fulfilling life. Step 5: Intention, One of the key concepts that determine our happiness and wellbeing is our sens of control over our day. Step 6: Blessing, We call upon a higher power (or an internal reservoir of strength) to help us feel more supported and confident in pursuing our goals.
