A Guide to Comfort is an informative platform that provides support and resources in mental health. Designed and developed by Sean Lee, a student from the Loomis Chaffee School, a New England boarding high school, A Guide to Comfort seeks to break down misconceptions and stigma surrounding mental wellbeing while cultivating an inclusive, mindful space for people to find support. The app provides a Mood Tracker through which users can track their daily mood to discover patterns, as well as a Resources section through which users can access various resources regarding mental health.
