My Companion has been developed for Patients as part of 'AbbVie Care for Hep C' programme.
'AbbVie Care for Hep C' is a tailored support programme designed to help patients during their treatment for Hepatitis C.

My Companion provides the following main features -

• Medication Reminders
• Disease Awareness Material covering Medication, Treatment & Dietary Topics
• Disease Tracking and Treatment Progress Information
• Shows the Current Treatment Week of the Patient
• Connect Patients with Care Coaches & Doctors

My Companion would support the Patient through-out his/her Treatment journey with Reminders, Awareness Content and Treatment Progress Information, to make sure that all patients complete their treatment in timely and efficient manner.
