Abu Dhabi Smart

The Abu Dhabi Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities has launched the DPM Abu Dhabi Smart Mobile App in 2018. By launching the digital services portal www.dpm.gov.abudhabi and the Abu Dhabi Smart mobile app, citizens, residents and visitors, have access to all the urban planning and municipal services on one site and one mobile app.

From Master Planning to Development to Permitting, Constructions and Occupancy services, DPM brings together all city services across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. These include the services from the following entities and departments:

- Abu Dhabi Department of Urban of Planning (previously UPC)
- Estidama
- Abu Dhabi Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities ADDPM
- Abu Dhabi City Municipality ADM
- Al Ain Municipality AAM
- Al Dhafrah Region Municipality DRM


For the 1st time, information across all the Emirate’s city services can be combined and optimised to better serve the community with faster and more integrated services
