-Accumulus虚拟资产交易平台，由云账户大湾区科技（香港）有限公司（简称云账户香港）运营，2023年4月在香港上线。2023年12月，向香港证监会提交了虚拟资产交易平台所需牌照申请；2024年12月18日，获香港证监会据《证券及期货条例》颁发的第1类（证券交易）、第7类（提供自动化交易服务）受规管活动牌照，及据《打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集条例》颁发的经营虚拟资产交易平台牌照。

设立“代币纳入及检讨委员会”，对虚拟资产综合评估，提供Bitcoin（BTC）、Ethereum（ETH）等实用型代币和稳定币Tether USD（USDT）的交易服务。

I. Who We Are
-Launched in Hong Kong in April 2023, Accumulus virtual asset trading platform is operated by Accumulus GBA Technology (Hongkong) Co., Ltd. (“Accumulus [Hong Kong]”). In December 2023, Accumulus (Hong Kong) submitted a licensing application to the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong for virtual asset trading platform operators. On December 18, 2024, the company was granted by SFC the licence for Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 7 (providing automated trading services) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), as well as the licence for operating a virtual asset trading platform under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO).
-Yunzhanghu Technology (China) Co., Ltd. (“Yunzhanghu”), the parent company of Accumulus (Hong Kong), is China’s largest online human resources services facilitator, ranking 90th in China’s top 500 private enterprises and 237th in China’s top 500 enterprises. Yunzhanghu has empowered more than 110 million workers in new forms of employment (i.e. freelancers) from 139 countries and regions. It achieved 108.4 billion yuan in revenue and paid 7 billion yuan in taxes in 2023, and its revenue is projected at 120 billion yuan in 2024.

II. Our Services
Provide secure and mainstream virtual asset trading services
We have set up a Token Admission and Review Committee to evaluate virtual assets comprehensively. Trading services for utility tokens such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and stablecoin Tether USD (USDT) are available on the platform.

III. Our Business Philosophy
Maintain custody of user assets following regulatory requirements
Our wholly-owned subsidiary is a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) (licence number: TC008986) licensee. With our self-developed wallet system, we ensure the safekeeping of user assets.

Prioritize investor protection
We offer tailored services based on users’ risk tolerance and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for user assets, so as to safeguard investors’ interests.

Deliver long-term and stable services
Adhering to regulations, we have appointed Responsible Officers (ROs) and Managers-in-Charge (MICs) for Accumulus virtual asset trading platform and set up an office space with an area of 6,221 sq.ft. of the entire 62nd floor of the Bank of China Tower.
