ACE To Go makes it easy to extend the reach of your Telia ACE Contact center.
It is the perfect tool for adding experts or agents, with a mobile workday to the team. Use the app to serve queues and waiting lists to answer incoming IVR calls and make callbacks while on the go.
App functionality gets you going with the basics from our full web-based agent application. Key features include:
• Set your status - Ready or Paused
• Select queues and waiting lists to serve
• View real-time status of queues and waiting lists
(available agents, contacts in queue, queue time and service level fulfilment)
• Handle incoming calls
• Handle callbacks
• Request assistance by forwarding an ongoing call to a queue, an agent or any number
• Provide feedback on the outcome of a contact
• Review and place calls to entries in your ACE session call log
The app is built on a modern framework that provides strong, built-in security and it keeps the user logged in, even with the app in the background.
