About ACRA On The Go
ACRA On The Go is a mobile extension of key services currently available on BizFile+ - the online business filing and information portal managed by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). Business owners can perform a range of business registration and filing transactions with ACRA On The Go. The public can access business related information for free as well as purchase business information products.

The following services are available on the ACRA On The Go mobile app:

∙ Business Registration and Filing services
Business owners can renew registration for certain business entities, file annual declarations or change address for business entities. Enquiries on the status of selected applications including striking off or Extension of Time that have been filed with ACRA can also be made.

∙ Directory Search
Allows users to conduct a preliminary check on business entities, including basic information such as its Unique Entity Number (UEN), entity name, status, and the street name as reflected in its registered business address.

∙ iShop@ACRA
To facilitate the purchase of electronic products such as business profile while the customer is on the move.

∙ AGM Calculator
Enables directors and companies to plan when to hold their next AGMs and also meet the statutory requirements under the Companies Act.

∙ AskACRA
An interactive FAQ search service that enables users to easily access FAQs related information on business registration and filing matters.

∙ ACRAConnect
ACRA’s newsletter that keeps readers updated on new regulatory developments including policy and legislative changes, business facilitation initiatives and upcoming events organised by ACRA.
