Choose the areas of your health you’re most concerned about, and get the latest knowledge from doctors and other health practitioners specialising in those fields. Based on what you’ve learnt, you select the relievers and preventers that you’d like to slot into your daily steps. Your coach will nudge you to do the things you’ve chosen to do.

Monthly Subscription:

Subscription automatically renews monthly unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period by going to your iOS Account Settings after purchase. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account. Any unused portion of free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
