Our clinicians
Every clinician in our team and especially new joiners are graduates of the ADHD academy, our CPD accredited program.

Following the academy all clinicians undertake a detailed preceptor-ship (medical training) program, which culminates in supervised assessments by one of the senior clinicians.

Following this we have a robust continuous assessment process during the clinicians 3 month probation (and beyond) which includes further 1-2-1 supervised assessments by an external medic, a very comprehensive audit of their work on 6 random patients cases, continuous professional development that is mandated and monthly appraisals. All of our clinicians are subjected to the assessment of our “6 categories of clinical excellence” a mandated framework of continuous assessment that includes their approach to development, their behaviors, team and patient feedback, prescribing standards and outcomes from their supervision episodes. Amongst other things.

We genuinely am proud of what we do and the standards we reach and I don’t know of any other service with such high standards.
